Trans am shaker on g body cutlass?

would anyone put a shaker "hood scoop" from a trans am on a cutlass?

A guy put one on a GTO in an HPP article some years ago. He actually cut the hood of a TA with the scoop part and grafted it to the GTO hood.You would have to make sure it located properly on the carb/air cleaner assembly and I'm not sure which version would work (301, 305, 400, 403) as all have different heights. Another way would be to attach the scoop to the hood itself by some means and either keep it a dummy or fabricate something down to the carb. A lot of work but it would surely look cool.

Actually, it looks right at home on a G-body. 85_SS did it to his Monte SS. You can check him out over at montecarloss.com forums. Very nice guy with a lot of great info.

I put a shaker on 72 Lemans..Looked right at home. I put a 70 Boss 302 scoop on my 79 Cutlass
