Trans shooting fluid from the dipstick.

I'd check the vent and to do that the crossmember has to be removed so the transmission can drop far enough so you can get to the vent...if it's not that it sounds like whoever rebuilt it made a mistake
 
I've seen people accidently crush there vent tube on a 400 when doing an engine/trans install (bang against the firewall maybe) and it would have the same problem the pressure has to go somewhere and the dipstick would be next.
 
Not to hijack the thread but would a blocked vent have the same symptoms on a TH350?
