trans swap

i have a 83 pontiac gp with sbc 400 it has th350 and my buddy gave me a th2004r trans out of a 86 cutlass universal bellhousing. i bought the tci lockup kit for the th2004r trans to put for my car. iwou;d like to know what else do i need to make this happen

What carb you using? Aftermarket carbs may need a Cable geometry corrector and a adjustable tv cable bracket to work properly.

You'll need a new trans crossmember, and possibly the frame extension to mount it.
