Transmission cooler leaking?

Replaced my radiator today. I also flushed the transmission as best as I could. I heard it pumps the fluid out kind of slow. No. It pumps it out fast! Went through 3 gallons of transmission fluid in no time. Also, found out while replacing the transmission pan and filter that my transmission is a TH350 instead of the TH200 that is supposed to be in it. Hmm, OK. After topping off the fluids I took it for a drive. It shifts a lot better now. I recently posted in another thread that it was shifting hard. It's nice and smooth now. Tomorrow, I put my new muffler on. It was fun driving around without one and freaking everyone out with my ugly hot rod sounding station wagon, though.

After the new radiator I had more pressure and there were leaks everywhere. Every hose was leaking at the clamp! Those were easy to fix by just tightening the clamps. Two freeze plugs were leaking. I replaced them and one more that was relatively easy to get to. Now no leaks. I have a feeling the other 3 freeze plugs are close to rusting through but I am not touching them until they do. Too much trouble. Replacing those freeze plugs ranks up there as one of the most not-fun jobs I have had to do.

Also, my transmission still upshifts hard when cold. It's smooths out when warmed up. Fluid level is perfect. Not sure what to do about it.
