350 or 350c would not make a difference on stall speed. The only thing that would make a difference is if the tcc was locked at all times which may or may not cause the engine to stall out, but being that you don't have the stub on the input, the lock-up is non funtioning (whether it has been removed or swapped out or what not) so that scenario is not possible.
