Has anyone had experience with trans go kits?? I called and the guy started going on about shaving clutches etc. But on their site it has nothing about more mods other then the kit. Even the video to install doesn't show anything else
I don't know anything about how shift kits work (trans was build at a shop)... But I have a Transgo stage 2 in my 700r4, and it holds up to ALOT of abuse. I get smooth shifts when cruising and rock hard tire chirping shifts at the track.
as well, I'm using an external oil cooler to keep the trans happy
Hi the vaga converter does work in a the th350 and 400 but the converter is a 10" and flash stalls about 3000 at best. But it does work i know i have 2 of them and one is F$@Ked my BBC scrambled it along with one of my th350 lol. But i know the BDR and Redneck converters work and yes cheap all you need todo is tell them what they need to know to make you one.Don't tell lies and you wont go wrong lol thats the big problem with converter people think there engine is making big ### but don't have a clue a combo is evething.
