I noticed on the weather report that it's been really hot up there. I guess some rain would help cool you guys off. We've been having rain just about everyday this month. I guess that's what's been keeping the temps down.
Hope you have some relief soon. Enjoy your Labor Day weekend. Will you be out on the water this weekend?

No way Jack. I avoid holiday weekends like the plague. Too many drunks out there. In fact it has been so hot fishing sucks anyway so I am doing cement work around the house. After school opens I can get back at it. If the weather cools down and no huge storms come by it should be good.

I don't blame you, there's an inordinate amount of a**holes on the water as there are on the road. Pretty much the same down here, but it's strictly enforced.
I guess it would be quite hot on the water, even with a seabreeze.

Cement work?? That's no fun...but if it needs to be done...🙄 ..then so be it. Keep yourself hydrated...and I don't mean mucho cervezas either....but they should taste good afterward.

Speaking of beer... I delivered the mail during Hurricane Gloria. I never got so many free beers in my life! But the soggy lumps of paper I stuffed into the mailboxes was not funny........

Well, unlike you, I got tired of shoveling snow, slipping and sliding on ice, and bitchin' and complaining how much it sucks dealing with harsh winters. Been there, done that...no lookin' back.
