Tropical Storm Imelda

When I hear about a tropical storm it doesn't seem as bad as when I hear about a hurricane on the way but the amount of rainfall is huge . Texas got hit hard and I didn't think it make it way up to Jared's location until JAMCAR23 mentioned it saying he's close to Jared...so I looked at the forcast and rainfall and that storm is huge, alot bigger than I thought it was.....lots of rain got dumped so I hope there isn't too much damage for you guys.

We're ok here Steve, thanks. I'm a land surveyor so our house is about as high as you can get in the immediate vicinity. Yesterday was ugly. Harvey-like. I left the office around 10 and it was a bit hairy getting home in my truck but I made it. Lots of people flooded yesterday.

maybe a crazy question but how salty is that rain water?

I don't know. Not very, if any. Rust isn't a problem and there is no negative for the plants or yard.
