Yes sir! Already getting the frame ready. I cleaned it up just a bit. I'm going to take the rest of the suspension off and really do it right. I cleaned up most of the gunk of to make dissasembly a bit easier.
Got a little done today. Had to run some errands with the wife. But I got back at it. Removed front
suspension and lines. Ready for operation clean up.
Heck yeah looks like progress! As darin said get it done now so u dont have to go back. I goofed around with my cutlass for years before deciding to do it right. Body fully metal prepped then 2 coats of por15.

"Ain't no hill for a climber." The tedious cleanup work sucks but the results are rewarding!
To be honest I'm enjoying it. I finally get to do what I want lol. By tinkering I have learned some ins and outs. I'm so tempted To take the body of and keep going
Go for it, i didnt plan on pulling my body until the trunk body bolts broke...then i had no choice but i was able to clean the whole frame, make repairs, paint it and reassemble it all with new urethane body bushings, suspension, brake and fuel lines, etc. Just bag-n-tag EVERYTHING!!!! My resto is goin on 4yrs and ive enjoyed it thoroughly because i can see the end result!
Every bolt I have taken of is getting bagged. Even though I get lazy and say. ah I know where it goes lol .,
I kn6I have no rust. Issues and already checked body mounts. Everything looks good. Imy just getting picky. But why just not go for it and make sure it stays that way.
I heard that! Even bagging it all i have still spent time scratching my head trying to find stuff lol! I had to put new qp's, roof skin, rockers due to outdoor KY life. But this was as of july before 10yr old motor died but hope to have it to body and paint soon. Im just a broke family man tryin to build a clean muscle car! Its all worth the hard work for sure!
