Are you not using anything right now? I recall there was a discussion about this a while back, but I guess nothing more materialized about it..

I haven't found anything I like or that looks right. I read an article awhile back about using a clear shower curtain as a pattern. you tape it up on the hood and mark all the holes and around the air cleaner. Then transfer that to a stock one.

I believe the fellow from Hoodliners.com suggested using a cheap dollar store shower curtain (and Sharpee) to use as a pattern.
I was wondering if the closed-cell foam can be purchased in sheets. I kinda like the thought of using that stuff.
I have also seen a few different hood liners on Ebay.
