hi everyone i am new here. I have a 1984 hurst olds with a 307. I would like to make it sound better and have some more power. Im not looking for a drag car by any means. Ive talked with people I know and theve given me ideas such as upgrading to a diffrent cam, heads, intake, carb, and exaust. What ideas would you all have and sizes on things. Thank you for your help

This question has been asked many times and there a lot of posts on the subject. You will find good information on Oldspower.com or Realoldspower.com, here is one link that may be helpful. 83Hurstolds (Luke) is also knowledgable on the subject and may have some good info to add.

Simply put, minus the fact that this question has been hashed out a thousand times over............(307 dog motor, too much money to get not much from it.-------------keep it for originality only).................be done with the 307 and put in a Olds 350, issue(s) resolved!
