What is the best route to go? I dropped the tank and was looking at all the bushings. What should I do with the upper and lower control arms in the back?? I am not sure if the stock ones are any good. Some spots break off and they are rusted pretty bad. I am afraid where they mount that the hole is worn out.

Should I buy new factory ones and put energy suspension bushings in them or would I be better off with a hotchkis kit? I mostly just cruise with the car and will probably never take it racing. I don't want to spend too much so the most cost effective way the better.

you could do the poly bushings and box the uppers and lowers on the cheap

Well if the ones on there now are still good I can box them for free 😀

It looked like it was rotted too much around the hole, I am hoping it's not.

Rotted around the hole on the arms,or the frame? If it's on the arms then you might want to get new ones. But if it's on the frame I've heard of people welding some washers to where the holes are.

At least these are cheap fixes 😀

I don't think they are rotted now, just rusty. I just don't want to have the hole enlarged from years of wear and tear.

A lot of people do the washer thing, even if they're not worn. It helps to keep it stringer.
