V6 to 350-V8

Finally had it with this V6 (229) in my '82 wagon.
Got the engine and transmission out, about to tackle motor mounts. Going to eliminate the computer, of course, and am sorting through the wires. What is this module pictured here? Also, is the computer alone for just the engine and transmission, or does it control anything else like charging, a/c, lights, or anything else?

Guess I should have said this module is nect to the a/c dryer mounted on the passenger fender well.

It's still a MAP sensor. Actually, a baro sensor. If you're removing the ECU, it can go away.

Excited to see what happens with this one. I'm just finishing up a similar build myself!

Do yourself a favor and start from dead scratch, but DO NOT throw anything away, because you never know what you'll need later on!
