1986 olds cutlass, right fender there is a module inside fender well it has electric and hard vacume hose going to it . Anyone know what this is and what it control es ??
 
On a Monte Carlo this is the Barometric Pressure Sensor. Here’s from the Service Manual. I would assume an Olds will be similar.

I am doing a 307 to a 455 removeing all pollution items this goes to the computer on right kick pan on floor. Don't know what it does. Could it be part of the air conditioner stuff ?? Unsure...

No, it has nothing to do with the A/C. Barometric pressure sensors send signals to the ECM to adjust timing and fuel trim. I’m not sure how it works with the CCC system in this case though. I was under the impression that it’s a read only system that does not make adjustments like newer cars. I could be wrong about that part. Overall, I would first decide if your new engine needs this before removing it.
