Vacuum hose missing? (Pics Included)

Cant seem to find the other connecting end for the hose to be attached, or If a hose Is even supposed to be in place? It definitely has a strong vacuum pressure when I put my finger on It. Doesnt seem to be affecting the car running but Im sure Its there for a reason. Any help appreciated.

nop,its like that for a reason,its supossed to be without a hose because its a breather.
