I agree with painting the Buick vents to match.

Lights don't work for me either. How about adding a support brace between the front frame horns behind the bumper. It would stiffen the frame and make a good mounting spot for driving lights behind the grill. You could put killer 10" behind there! Would be steathy also.

If your lower cladding/chrome is no good, shave it. Fill the holes and be done with it.

I would like to see the snowflakes satin black with gloss black edges. that would be lots of taping. Then add the fine yellow pinstripe.

Would not advertise the 305 either. :wink:

Just remember it's your car, do what makes you happy!!!

How about the inverse?

not really digging the reverse. i like the first one better. also i already shaved the chrome stuff off.

The 305 is what came in it. im going to swap it either for a 350 or a 383 in the near future.

as for the snowflakes im thinking dark grey for them or like gunmetal silver. i will decide when i see the finish product on the car.

just need to stop being lazy and go work on it and since i don't get alot of hours from work anymore i have a lot of free time and all the parts to finish it. now if only it wasn't so hot out.

thanks;

I gotta get back to work, final one, really! :lol:

I think by going body color on the lower, the black stripe on the bumper works.

Added a little color with the red , color matched the vent and your rims are gray with my pinstripe.

Fixed the rear wing a little bit.

Plus the yellow matches your sparkplug wires!!!!!!!

i like it. this is perfect. well now to start building it.

the only thing is i was planing to use mesh for the grills. since mine are crap and i cant afford the $100+ for different once. do you guys think that would look good?

thanks;

vlad

mesh grilles? well it will be different, but so is the rest of the car... so yeah go for it.
