washer fluid what would make it not work is it vacuum and/or electrical

Follow the rubber line from the resevoir to the wiper motor. That is where the washer pump is. Check all your rubber hoses to see that they aren't cracked, kinked, smushed, or unhooked. If all that looks ok break out your test light and check your pump and switch.

make sure the nozzles aren't plugged too. I believe the washer pump is built in the wiper motor.

the pump is seperate but in the wiper motor housing...you have to take off the wiper motor(bottom bolt can be tricky to get to) to access the pump and replace....bought 16 bucks from AA or AZ iirc

the pump can be replace without removing any bolt...I just did mine the other day.

Maybe the GP is different or maybe i was looking at something wrong but there was no way mine was coming out without removing the wiper motor first

I don't think there is any difference with the GP...the way I did it was to leaved the two hoses connected and to gently push down on the nossles which are pointed towards the fender and then slide the pump out downwards towards the engine side....then to reinstall it goes in the same way it came out in reverse and put the hoses on before you begin to install it.

If you do want to remove or move the wiper motor to change it don't remove the bottom bolt. Remove the two upper bolts and remove the motor from the bottom bolt by just pulling it up. The motor sits in rubber grommet and to reinstall it just push the wiper motor back onto the bottom bolt. The bottom bolt is a real pain to get it back in with the wiper motor installed...
