i dont see anyway to prove it was a faulty pushrod, and not mechanics error that caused the pushrod to fail... i truly hope they do replace them for you, and if you are a repeat customer, they probably will... i order alot of crap online and try to deal with the same vendors and use the same credit card and email everytime so my account is easy to verify... alot of companys will either just refund or replace, just to keep a repeat customer happy... wish you the best of luck, and hopefully you get a customer service rep thats in a good mood...

How old are those push rods in years or miles? I cant imagine them replacing it because there are sooo many variables as to why that could have failed. Good luck though.

What brand push rod? I would get a whole new set of quality push rods.

Comp cams, to my understanding they are quality...

I'm calling them on monday and going to see if they will make this right, this pushrod ended up costing me 850$ for the truck/trailer rental to get my car the rest of the way to SC from PA, + 200 in gas for the truck. If they can't make i right im just sending back the new cam i bought and going through another company. I'll probably call BTR and get a recommendation.

The way you phrased this along with the omission of wanting a set of new push rods could cause many members here to think you're looking for 850 bucks, again, according to the way you phrased it. Even I thought you were trying to say that until you made a later post stating you only wanted a set of push rods, and I can read just fine. You bitched about the 850 the push rod cost you and mentioned nothing of just wanting a replacement set of push rods. "Making it right" can mean a lot of things, more so when you don't specify how you want them to make it right. Don't get mad at us when what you say looks a certain way but you don't mean it to look that way.
