water pump pulley

my pulley is making a chattering noise when i hook up the alt. does anyone kno why its doin that?

are all the bolts the right length ....i accidentally used a slighy longer bolton one of the water pump, and it would hit during rotation ..and is the alt brackets all tight?

replace it..........keep even tension on all belts
