I have also bought from RockAuto many times and will continue to do so, they usually have lower pricing but always have a shipping charge so I always shop around since you might find the same item for more money but free shipping so I always evaluate the "to my door pricing".
They are also a great source like Summit to use their search engine to find part numbers whether or not you actually buy from them..

Rock Auto is one of the better online stores to deal with. I was able to get alot for my rides for years. They are pretty good with returns. The only down side is some of the stock photos used from the manufacturers I ordered a set of lower bal joints that were to have wear indicator like OE, ended up not even having a grease fitting let alone the indcator feature. They took them back with ease.

Perhaps the best resource on RockAuto is their application lists. You can search any car and find a part number, then use their info button to see what else it fits. Then you can go to the junkyard and actually find the part you want on the less desirable car that people have skipped over.

I also use their part finder when I unearth something in my garage and figure out what it was for!

I've bought from raockauto for a long time now for my malibu and daily drivers all good so far. One order I had had bent fins on the radiator and they took care of if right away. I think it's safe to say from the feedback that their rep is pretty good.

I'm sure there are more satisfied customers than not. Many people won't take the time to write a positive review but are very quick to write a bad one unfortunately.
