??????What are these called the "Metal pieces" ??????

I am looking to get new ones or better ones but i can't seem to find them when i search Google,Iv typed everything in that i think there called with no luck,

What's the best way to re install them,iv already separated it,an i sure as hell don't have a giant stapler, i think i'll just pop rivet it back on

The staples that attach the shield to the inner fender well are there for ease of production. Once you run the bolts (three) back through the holes, they will cinch down and be secure.

I think that's what i'll end up doing. How about me not even using them ,both are rusted all to hell,Were can i get new/or better ones ?
