What are these plugs for?

Second one goes to the flux capacitor harness through the firewall and under the dash.

Everyone knows the flux capacitor didn't come out until 1985.

If the pump is gone then the ports in the exhaust manifolds are probably plugged off I would say it is probably not worth the trouble or expense to try and make it functional again.

emissions, it warms the oxygen sensor up faster for better control of the air fuel mixture and warms up the cat converter for better emissions out of the tail pipe.

Yeah I figure that and I really wouldn’t care but I can’t stand the way my engine bay looks.
