What brand cap and rotor would you recommend?

Tan was a different part number on Summit

Accel has to be the cheapest bunch of crap ever made.

I have never had any luck with anything from them

I have had multiple caps and rotors, along with 5 coils, no failures. The older US made stuff was better but I have seen worse. The Accel 25 ohm race wires are the best wires I have ever owned, much better than the MSD Superconductor wires, had one crack twice from heat.

Not all, their Street Fire wires are hecho en Mexico. Most venders list them as made in USA. Pre Holley Most of MSD's stuff was made in USA.

MSD hasnt been USA in 20 years

When I bought them for my Malibu I was looking all over the box for the Made in USA

They use to have it printed right on the wires

I gave them a call to ask them whats the deal

I got the typical circle jerk answer.

I tossed them in the garbage

Went back to using Taylor wires.
