I got the H4 housing kit from Dixie Restore. Looking forward to having lights at night now!

Picked up some power mirror motors & harness sections at the U Pull & Pay for the power mirror project.

If you ever come across any more, please grab them and I’ll buy em off you. I’d like to convert my F body mirrors to power before I install them on The Juggernaut. I’d also need the switch for them too.

No problem. Now are they 2nd gen or 3rd gen mirrors?

I’m not even sure TBH. I bought them a couple years back and have been sitting on them in storage until I’m ready for them.
Here are a couple pictures of them if that helps:

Those are 3rd gen F body. Also used on the Fiero, C4 Vette, square body Caprice Classic & '86 up Monte & Elky. Between the Vette, Camaro & Firebird, complete power mirrors like those aren't that hard to find compaired to the bullet type I'm using. Mine are '81-'82 Vette only.

Oh ok, understood. I thought for some reason you were using the same style of mirrors as me. Regardless, I’m still looking for a set of the motors and a switch for mine. The junkyards around here are devoid of them.

A heads up, the internal mount bracket most likely won't be the same so it may be needed too. As for the switch, UC645 suggested to use one from a '91-'96 B body as it has the left/right feature built in so all you need to do is twist the knob to switch mirrors. It also fits in place of the manual remote in the door panel bezel. There are other early '90's GM's that use that type of switch. I'll still keep an eye open for those mirrors when I make my rounds.

Thanks man, I would sincerely appreciate it. The only thing more rare than F body stuff in the yards around here are 91-‘96 B bodies. There’s simply none around anymore. I was aware of the switch you mentioned, that would be fine. Any idea what the Fiero switches looked like?
