What did you do at work today?

Showed up at 4am for a project we are working on. Same as yesterday and that was a 14hr day, catching that OT.

Just trying to be less poor..

Started at 5am to run the bad transmission out to the Cresson Valley Diesel Shop, was waiting out there for hours since they were cutting the flywheel and while I was waiting for that they said ours was unrebuildable. Thought since we were getting a reman it would be a quick load and go, no such luck ended up being stuck there for like 2 hours plus waiting for it. But finally got it back and ready to go back in with a new clutch

Then not really us, but the bike shop next door finished up their newest build

I like days I get to run up there for parts or to bring back a truck. Gravy day cause our shop is never in a rush for us to return with evrything.

Haha, yeah mine is not so much that way. Will say it was much more laid back than yesterday.....

So we turned in 2 truckloads of gutters into the local scrap yard.
1 load was in my s10 , 1 load in an 03 silveraydo.
He went about an hr before I went. I weighed out a 360=208.80. He weighed out at 360=208.80.
Now should I buy a lottery ticket, or do u think they might be being dishonest? 😆 🤣.
I mean I guess it's possible but seems highly unlikely for them to weigh exactly the same.

Not at my day job, but started working on the body of the 36. It’s going to need a little more work than I hoped, but that’s why I didn’t give a price. I’ll be happy when the body is in primer.

I've been helping one of the job sites we work with set up tool kits for what they need to do.

Some of them are metric, told the boss I'm going to take all the 10mm out just because that's how life works. 🤣

Getting close to prime with the 36. Can’t wait to finish this car. So much filler to level the old steel.
