CHEVY What does this fit?

Looks like Chevy layout, but no center bolts at all? Claimed to fit 5.7 Litre.

Thinking it'll fit the very late production Vortec heads that didn't have the two middle bolts ('96-'99?)

4 bolts per side, no exhaust crossover , yes Vortec heads-

Thanks guys. Thought it might be, but really thought they still had the slanted end bolts. I'm an old-school guy, I guess. Trying to decide if it's worth being shelf fodder for $100....because i don't own one...yet
