I'm running duals with an H-pipe. Flowtech headers with 2.5 to the flowmaster 40's and 2.25 pipe past the mufflers to clear the axle tubes.

Edelbrock TES cat forward setup into a 3 inch (now gutted) cat and out to a Dynomax cat back with 2.25 in pipes. Stay away from the Dynomax cat back though as the Y pipe is not a very good design. I think Hooker makes a better one. I would switch, but I have other things that need work on the car and take precedence over a now functional exhaust system.

I had the dynomax 2.25 true dual setup with super 40s until they made me add cats even though it passed without them  The car rad terrible and blew black smoke after the so I cut it off and put glasspacks were the cats were and dumped them before the rear end. Its obnoxious and I plan to redo it before I put it back on the road this year. Hopefully now thats its 25 years old it'll be emissions exempt and I can run whatever I want.

Ive got an 87 Monte SS-Crate 350-Doug's headers-Pypes "X" Change x pipe with cutlouts out to some Stainless Thrush welded 2 chamber mufflers. 2.5". I need to add some turn downs. The mufflers stop right at the rear end... Sounds ok...

Hooker Competition headers, to 2.5" dual exhaust, with Flowmaster 40's. Exits straight out the back. Planning on adding an x-pipe and making the tailpipes come out behind the rear wheels. Sounds pretty good.
