What gears you guys running with 28s ?

You car needs to go on a diet ! My Regal comes in @ 3200 w/driver. I will give you an extra 100# for the bb but I don't see a cage either, hope you have one.

Yea tell me about about it ,well it is all iron bb, 9in ,full interior ,2 full bottles, no fiber glass panels, I'm going to try and scale the car this week to were it's at exactly %wise, no cage unfortunately been told by the track early this year about it after running a low 10 pass

Was going through at 7200 but that was with a 4 speed still ,lil to no slipping

I'm only changing the exhaust for this weekend cause there's a big race so Im trying to get the most out of it and I know I'm definitely losing hp N/A and on nitrous from my tiny exhaust system and headers ,then I'm going to change gears cause it's free and takes 1/2 hour to do just messy lol then this winter get a converter and a th400 for it that's the plan atleast

either the clutch is slipping or your tach is off. Calculation factoring a 29” tall tire for growth, at 135 mph you should be at 67-6800.

Well in that case I wouldn’t be making any gear changes until the new setup is in. How big is the cam in the big block?

I could see that one being all done by 7000 so you'll want to base your gear on that rpm and the MPH you want to run.
