it depends on the sytle you are going for with your car but i really like the gta's and 442 rims

Factory Rallies. I'm going with 14's in the front and 15's in the back with a little wider tire. I think it will nail the fairly agressive stance i'm after.

I like the factory 14's from the H/O and 442's. I also like the wheels from a Buick GNX if the color scheme works with your car. These are old American Racing aftermarket's that I am not sure are still around (this pic was ~89). I also had them on a '79 Cutlass and an '81 Cutlass:
