Technically, it is a backup lens.
Now I believe that is not serviced seperately as that WHOLE liceplate assy with those lamps are ONE piece. I don't think that lens is screwed in, I think it is affixed per some adhesive. That tends to happen to these that the adhesive gives way after so many years or mosture sets in on the inside and causes this to happen.

You might get lucky and someone might have just that lens and you can use some adhesive to put it back on.
There also appears to be a left and a right side on those lenses.
You are looking for the left side, again if you can find it seperately.
 
There is a torque screw at the top of the lite housing that is exposed when the trunk is open. Remove that screw and remove the lense, top end first. I think I have one and if I find it I'll pm you so I can send it to you at nc, you just pay the shipping
