What is the ideal spindle to use for 14" Brembo's as used on the 2010-2015 Camaro?

I'm looking to put a spindle and brake set up together for my Malibu.
Choices are modified stock spindles
Modified Blazer spindles with bolt on hubs
CPP spindles with bolt on hubs. Do these need to be modified to fit the 4 piston Brembos?
