I recently bought a complete 455 and TH400 combo out of a 1970 Electra for $275. The engine had sat up for a long time though and wasn't really ready to run. Still a good deal though, has the same head castings as the Stage 1 455s had, just slightly smaller intake valves. Its in the machine shop as we speak. I can't wait to slip it in my Regal.
