Those are Camaro wheels that use the centers retained by the lug nuts. Those were the last set of wheels I used on my Monte. I used Buick centers with "SS" badges inplace of the Turbo 6 ones (sold the badges years ago.) I'm thinking they were used on the '86 up cars. There are 3 versions of that wheel, that one, the Monte SS, the S10 but those are a style closer to the 14" ones used by the Chevy A/G, F, & S10 but have the retaining fingers in a different clock position.
