55mph and your rpm is 2600.what size is your converter,trans slipping, that seems a little high to me for a 3.73 gear and t350 trans

He is pretty much right on. My malibu does the same. I have a th350 2400 stall and 3:73. I will be getting a 2004r next year.

I got 4:10 gears with a 3500 stall. I'm pretty sure in the near future I'm doing a rear swap and lowering the gearing
