What's the best way to clean rust & paint off rally whee

I've got some rally wheels that have some surface rust and old paint; what's the best way to remove the rust and paint? I don't want to spend more than $50 total.

Elbow grease and lots of sand paper :lol: just messing but i would use either a wire wheel on a drill or a chemical remover. But the easiest would be to get them sandblasted.

I had mine blasted and it wasn't expensive.

Mine were sand blasted too. My dad has a blaster at work, so i get everything blasted for free 😀
