Since my first car was a G body back in the day, a nice set of wheels is a must. I purchased a set of the SST Cragar solid chrome wheels, they looked awesome then, and still look awesome on a G body today. Hands down my favorite vintage wheel. Gives me a nostalgic feel and brings back a lot of great memories.

Adding a picture below found on Google of a set I'm referring to so you can see the style. Post up your favorite vintage wheel you love or may have had! Would love to see some different styles!

Different choices for the different vehicles I have. No 'one' favorite fits all styles of builds IMO.

But, by far, my most common vintage choice is an OE steel 'Ralley' or 'Steelie' w/a poverty/dog-dish cap. But that was mostly driven by costs as well as looks. I am planning on splurging for some aftermarket wheels for one of my C10's.....

For all you Cragar haters, do Appliance get a pass? View attachment 189532

Remember a Pontiac GT-37 that was in my neighborhood years back that the owner painted the drop outs flat black and had Pontiac decals on the center caps. Looked like chromed deep set Pontiac rally ll from a distance. Very cool.

I really liked these old ARE 15 x 8 wheels I bought for my Regal but the new 17" mesh wheels fit the current look better so I will save these for another Gbody project.

I love the old Centerline Champ 500's. Cragar SST's? Yep, love them too.

I've even got to where I like the Cragar SS and the Keystone Klassik's after spending years of my brother and I laughing about how they were a factory Camaro/Mustang wheel.
