Looks like you have a Monte? If so I would find a used set of N90 wheels for that car if you are trying to be cheap.
There's a thing about those rims- there are fronts and rears (different BS/offset or something), and they need spacers. You can use the same size spacers if you get 4 fronts or rears, but I forget which. Thanks guys.
Do you know of anyone who had tried late 80's trans am rims on g body cars? There is a set for sale locally here, and I am trying to visualize what they would look like. Here is what I'm talking about:
I would say you can't go wrong with either rim and since you would be buying new you can buy the correct width and offset to fit your car instead of trying to adapt used rims to fit your car.I am thinking either Riddler 675 or Torque Thrust II. Anyone e have experience with Riddler?
They are works of art compared to some of the ugly sh*t I see on cars nowadays. Those were FUGLY when new
Has that been lowered ?Here is my '87 El Camino with staggered 17x7 225 45ZR17 front, 18X8 245 40ZR18 on rear.View attachment 176037
if you can find them, look for 15 and 16 inch (16 front) wheels from a Trans Am. Run the 15 on the front 235/60r15 and 255/50r16 in the rear
