REGAL Wheel suggestions

They're only 22s, you can through the "lift kit" in the nearest dumpster.

You can still go fast on plus sized wheels, suspension tuning is the key.

I put the lift kit in because i couldn't go for a ride with the kids in the back without bottoming out bad on the slightest bump. I know you can go fast with the 22s, i do not have a prob going fast. I have an issue with how uncomfortable of a ride it is. I can feel every crack in the road and i live in a part of the country where we got 199" of snow last yr and ive hit potholes so big that i come out in another zip code. I would love to keep it how it is. I just dont enjoy the ride anymore

They're plenty of cars in the "snow belt" set up like the ones I posted previously. The lift kit is your problem. The right springs and shocks would alleviate your terrible ride comfort. I've had 26s on my Cutlass w/o a lift kit years ago, and Regals' wheelwell arches are bigger.

I'd love to ride in one of these big wheel cars to see what it's like. My car will bottom out with 26.5" tall tires on big dips; those things must ride like bricks.

All of mine fell like riding in an old Cadillac, super comfortable. I research my suspension components, especially springs, before putting them on though.

So u suggest taking lift out and new springs? Do you go with factory gbody springs or do you use something else. I had one person tell me go with the wagon springs because yhey are a lil more heavy duty. Any truth to that? I also have a cpl hundred pounds in the trunk to support.

And i agree the lift kit is a problem. Ever since i put it in i cant do a burn out without skipping so hard i chip my teeth. The weight just doesnt sit over the rear end properly now. Im pissed i ever did it

Yes, as soon as possible. I use factory V8 G-body springs up front and A-body rear springs. I was using Gabriel Load Carrier spring-assisted shocks, but I have switched to Summit Racing's drag shocks to help with weight transfer.
