It does. You will need original g body hardware or mod the f body brackets like i did .. other wise straight swap. The f body brackets don't line up i welded mine and drilled them to match the frame . That's a f body bar. I just slapped a sticker to match the rest of my set up.

It's easier to just order energy suspension sway bar bracket and bushing item #9.5168.which will fit with the 36mm sway bar and will mount to gbody frame.

slowpoke,you might want to consider upgrading to the aluminum hex adjusters for those upper arms.those knurled adjusters are gonna get beat up when they get hard to move and the pipe wrench shows up..

If you use the factory G-body straps and the factory F-body 36mm rubber bushings, the straps need to be spaced off the frame another 1/4" or stuff will bend/pinch/bind/strip when you tighten the straps down.

I couldn't find any pictures of mine but they are just four 1/4" thick squares with holes in them.

Thanks for the item #, I modified mine just because I had them on hand and got bored lol. I will probably switch it up now.
