WILL A 87' CUTLASS FLOOR SHIFTER FIT A 85' 442?

I don't see why it wouldn't.
 
Yes as long as they both have the same trans. If not then the shifter will still bolt up but your detents may be off. This would be the case if your donor car had a 3 speed and your 442 has the 4 speed.
 
It depends, some Supremes and Broughams came with V6 and a TH200 3speed.
Heck I think even some Salons did too in 87 but don't quote me on that...
You won't know unless you count the shift points.
 
Hard to tell on my phone but plate looks like a 3spd. 4 spd would have 123and D

the top plate pictured is for a 3 speed. 4spd would have 12D the OD

Same difference d instead of 3 and then a big o with a d in it.
