I am having issues with my wiper motor/fluid motor on my 1981 Buick lesaber 307 limited.
I believe the issue is the small jumper resistor has snapped that jumps between the purple and white wire at the harness where it connects to the motor plastic housing (purple, white, grey)
I had replaced the motor with a new on in the spring and it has stopped working when I need it the most in the winter.
My system is: at the interior dash switch, down mist,up off, low or delay, delay, and hi.
The washer fluid motor will not stop now, and stay on all the time. When the wipers are set to off, they run at delay...
Anyone know the the ohms on this little guy or the best place to get them from would be.
The same resistor, I could be wrong is also located on the a/c compressor harness at the compressor itself.
Or I could have inherited someone's electrical hack job.
