Window Motor Upgrade

The link advised to replace the regulators and the motors from a 78/79 a-body. I am not going to swap regualtors. Anyother options or just new replacements?

I would imagine if you bought standard replacement you would be fine...going from a 25+ year old motor to a new one you should see a difference..If you do, keep us advised of the results, for the ones of us that want to do the same 8)

For guys who have upgraded the motors by using ones out of the 78/79 A Body, is it loud and annoying or does it work real good?

I noticed one guy said it scared the crap out of his lady, was it the sound?

The speed That is the fastest window I have ever seen. The old motor was getting very slow.

SO IF I GET THE MOTOR FROM ROCK AUTO FOR AT 77 OR SOMTHING LIKE THAT DO THEY JUST BOLT UP TO THE ORIGINAL
REGULATER OR RIVET THE M IN? AND IS THE WIRING THE SAME??
