Windows keep blowing open on highway

I had my 74 GP clocked at 142 mph and I've had my current GP up to 120 mph and no windows blew out. I agree with olds307 and 403 that it can be fixed

They will eventually if you kept accelerating.

There was a Turbo LS Malibu video from a couple months ago and right around 140 the windows blew out like clockwork. When the speed drops back down, they come back in and will "POP!" over the tabs.

Worse than side windows was the back bubble glass was raising a inch off the seal @ 160 mph so we have straps to hold it down.

when i removed my window motor in my car they would go down on the highway, idk about manual windows but the gear on automatic holds it up

I had the same issues, outer window sweeps and adjusting the windows fixed it, no problems since.

I believe this is the issue. The windows seem fine as far as height and alignment and provide a decent deal except where it's cracked. The sweeps are really dry rotted and not existent in parts.
