Windshield moulding question

Is the chrome moulding the same on a 4 door Malibu as the 2 door ?? I am restoring a 79 2 door that is missing the chrome around the windshield and have chrome moldings on a 4 door parts car ? Will it work

I believe it should work, can't find no reason why it wouldn't.

4-door and 2-door moldings will not interchange. The windshields are different shapes.

2-doors and El Caminos are the same... 4-doors and wagons are the same.
