Wiper motor or wiper tansmission

how to tell if it's my wiper motor or transmission?
wipers move like there suppose to no problem. Can't hear motor n no fluids come out?
could it be anything other than motor or trans?
checked fuses they are good.

Then it's neither the motor or transmission.

Are you saying the washers don't work?

I gave up on the OE washer pump setup a long time ago, as I didn't care for the spurt-spurt-spurt that they delivered (when they work). I installed an electric pump and trigger it with the OE switch
