I am looking to swap out my wiper motor for a positive supply motor. Is there any that will bolt on 81 elco?
Just want something simple that I can hook up a 3 way toggle switch.

You can use the same switch with the existing motor.

There's several issues with this approach- The motor on your Elco includes a park function that draws the wipers to the bottom of the cowl, hiding them behind the hood. It also has a unique shaft designed to mate to the wiper linkage. Finally, it includes internal gears to modify the motor's speed and torque output

A simple off the shelf motor lacks all these features, so I recommend repairing the existing wiper system.

To use the original wiper motor you need an on-on-on double pole switch like this.

Pin out is like this.

Wire like this.

This will give you grey grounded when off for the park feature in first position.

Purple and grey grounded together for low in second position.

Purple only grounded for high in the third position.

Thank you Elcamino for the info.
Pretty sure the wiper motor is junk.
