Hello everybody I posted a thread easier this week but as I read it over I didn't add much info.so here i go again.I have a 86 Monte with a 350.Edelbrock carb electric choke, Edelbrock intake, serpentine set up with a/c.No cruise control.I'm using auto meter gauges so I'm not using any sensors.I'm running a/c so I know I have to keep the A/C wiring harness that comes from under the a/c box. What about the harness next to that.im running the 200r4 so i know the the wires for the transmission come from that harness.but thats the only connector im using from that whole harness.what can i trim. Also on the harness thats on the driver side im trying to trim that one to.I'm only using the alternator and starter wires from that whole harness.what can I trim on that harness. ..

Help please if you have done what I'm about to do please give
me stone input.I'm trying to clean up my engine bay. .Thank you

You will need to find a way to make the lockup on your 200r4 work.

Nice thread it helped alot. But if I remove the ecm, then the lock up function will not work.Is that a big deal for a daily driver.if it is how can I bypass that or rewire it.Or remove all the conectors except the transmission connection.would it still work

I would keep the lockup for a daily driver, it will make the transmission last longer and run cooler. The transmission connection/lockup is part of a system, so by itself no it won't work.
Do a search, there is many threads on this site for this subject.

PS I see you are running an aftermarket carb so your lockup is not working properly anyway.
