I'm trying to figure out what this harness hooks up to. It has 3 wires and it seems that one of them is hot all the time. It is on the passenger side of the intake and it goes into the firewall. The photos below aren't great but best I could do with my phone. Any help is greatly appreciated. It's a 1980 Malibu, V8 no a/c, heat only.
