I think it was launched Duke Boys style a few times.

We launched an Opel GT on a dirt bike track a few times, the unibody was destroyed and we learned the value of seatbelts on the 1st launch, lol.

As far as I know, all the g-body's had the same control arms, and they can be had rather easily, even frames pop up occasionally but I wouldn't know where to locate them in Europe.

There are pockets of turbo regal fans in Europe, they may have some lying around?

gbodyparts dot com?

These are the uppers made by Dorman:

https://www.summitracing.com/search/year/1985/make/chevrolet/model/el-camino/department/chassis-suspension/brand/dorman?N=4294950302+4294951398+4294949496+4294951552+401115

Passenger lower I believe is
ACDelco 19186751

Rock auto shows uppers, I guess they don't have lowers at the moment.

I don't believe my parking brake cable runs through the hole and inside the frame like that, I could be wrong but I'll look today if I get a chance.

S-10 uppers fit and I already located a set locally. Will S-10 lowers fit?
As for jumping cars, I did Baja-style offroad racing in my younger years. Believe me, a g-body jumped KCP-style would be all banana by now :p

According to what I've found, the S10 lowers should be the same. Oops, sorry, I'm having difficulty matching those two AC Delco numbers to the g-body, not sure what happened so maybe not?

Frontend Friday. "New" used upper & lower control arms for my '85 El Camino. Uppers dismantled and painted today, new Energy Suspension poly bushings resting in the freezer on -30°C overnight to go in tomorrow. Scoreda set of good used lowers in the Netherlands, those will be done tomorrow also. The 12 ton hydraulic press makes life real easy.

Nice ElCamino, my friend had an 85' brand new way back when. It was white with blue interior and factory Chevy wheels.

What are the plans for wheels? Are you planning on reusing the S-10 rims on it now? They look really nice on it.
