Would 79 Firebird rims fit a cutlass?

I have a cutlass and im not to sure about the Ircoc rims i want something smaller and fitting better i found a good set for a decent buck will they fit?

those are sweet looking rims and a bonus that they have the centre caps and beauty rings..are they 14" or 15"...
